Platforms & capability
The stack I know cold, and the judgement to know what you actually need.
Marketing technology platforms, software and integrations I have run in-market - from enterprise CRM to AI tooling, analytics and the plumbing in between.
Tools are not a strategy. But a stack that is half-implemented, badly integrated or bought for the wrong reason will quietly cap everything a marketing team can do. This page lists what I have hands-on experience with as a fractional CMO in Australia - so you can tell in thirty seconds whether I can help with AI and martech transformation on the stack you already own.
CRM, Marketing Automation & CDP
The systems of record that decide whether anything else works.
Platform selection, implementation, migration and rescue - plus the lifecycle programs, lead models and data hygiene that make a CRM more than an expensive address book.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud
- HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, CMS)
- Marketo
- Adobe Experience Cloud
- Pipedrive
- Segment / customer data platforms
AI & Generative Tooling
AI-fluent, not AI-loud. Human-in-the-loop, always.
MIT-trained in applied AI. Model selection, prompt and workflow design, content and research pipelines, and the governance that keeps output on-brand and defensible.
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google model families
- AI content and research workflows
- Retrieval-augmented knowledge bases
- Agentic automation and orchestration
- AI governance and human-in-the-loop guardrails
Analytics, Data & Measurement
If it isn't measured properly, it isn't managed.
Tracking architecture, consent-safe measurement, attribution models and the dashboards leadership actually reads - built so the number in the board pack matches the number in the platform.
- Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Looker Studio / BI dashboards
- Server-side tagging & consent mode
- Attribution and marketing-mix modelling
Content, CMS & eCommerce
Where the brand meets the buyer.
Website and eCommerce platforms, content operations, SEO architecture and the integrations that connect the storefront to the stack.

- Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- SAP Commerce Cloud
- Oracle Commerce Cloud

- Programmatic & DSP platforms
- Social management and listening tools
Integration, Workflow & Ops
The plumbing between the platforms.

- Zapier / Make / n8n
- REST APIs and webhooks
- Asana / Jira / Monday
- Slack and collaboration integrations
- Marketing ops process design
Training & accreditation

Questions
What people ask about the stack.
Which marketing technology platforms do you work with?
CRM and marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics and tag management, CMS and eCommerce, paid media platforms, AI tooling, and the integration layer between them. The list on this page covers the platforms I have hands-on, in-market experience with rather than passing familiarity.
Do you implement the technology yourself or manage vendors?
Both, depending on the engagement. I can configure and run platforms directly, or write the requirements, select the vendor, manage the implementation partner and hold them to the outcome. Most enterprise engagements are the second shape.
What if my stack is not on this list?
Platforms change faster than any list. The judgement transfers - the same audit, roadmap and rationalisation process applies whether the stack is Salesforce or something niche. Tell me what you are running and I will tell you honestly whether I have used it.
Can you help us reduce what we spend on martech?
Frequently. Most teams pay for tools they do not use and use tools they should not pay for. A martech audit maps licences against actual usage and business value, then rationalises - the saving usually funds the work that follows.
